One of the most useful skills thats helped countless times as I’ve been battling with people over deficiencies was taught to me in my first year in construction. One of the older superintendents I was working with told me that he was going to teach me a skill to save both time and money.
Turns out caulking is an acquired skills and doesnt come easily. Someone that is good at it is worth keeping around. Deficiencies at the end of the project can often be fixed with caulking, and many times it makes for a better and cleaner finish.
